想请问一下123题里的第13题和14题

这俩题的解题思路是什么呢？为什么work.condo_ranch data set的结果是7而output data set的结果是3呢？我运行了一下这两个结果不都是7么？这有何区别呢？有明白的人可以讲讲么，谢谢～ |
