A.
1.Masters degree/Ph.D. in Statistics/Biostatistics/Applied Mathematics or equivalent
B.
1.5-6 years in Clinical Research (Pharma) (Statistical Programming or Biostatistical Role)
2.Good hands on experience of minimum 4-5 yrs in SAS Programming (SAS Base,STAT and Graph, Macro and SQL)3. Min of 5-6 yrs experience in Clinical Research/Pharma R&D Domain4. Min of 1 yrs of experience in Statistician Role: SAP writing, Stats Lead for Protocol Review of Safety and Efficacy Reports
C.
1.Experience of min of 1 yrs of Managing a team of 5-8 programmers2. Experience of min 1 yrs in Resource allocation and effort estimation3. Experience of min 1 yrs in developing, tracking and reporting metrics4. Experience in Mentoring new hirees5. Experience in Client Interaction
D.
1. Experience on other Stats Softwares like Splus, SPSS, WinNONLIN, R etc..2. Ability to propose and implement process improvements3. Experience in Developing and implementing SOPs, Good practices, Training4. project management Experience5. Training and Mentoring |
