Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy training and mentoring approach and content for various Clinical Programming activities
• Conduct key Clinical Programming trainings when required within geography and in other locations
• Develop and deploy certification program that is attractive for Clinical Programming talent pool globally and within geography
• Develop re-usable assets such as training content, case database , QA approach and process maps
• Develop SOPs and SPIs for Clinical Programming processes that are standardized and can be deployed to new clients as a suite of services
• Develop, deploy and monitor standard metrics and SLAs for Clinical Programming processes including financial metrics
• Monitor and improve overall quality of service to clients for Clinical Programming work via deployment of required assets, personnel and techniques
• Conduct targeted intervention and deployment of resources to improve quality of delivery for specific client situations as needed
• Improve positioning and awareness of our company in Clinical Programming community to enable we can be employer of choice
• Be aware of latest technologies and trends and apply to client work, training content and people development |
