Does anyone know the method and SAS program for reclaibration of prediction model? A paper (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/reprint/286/2/180">http://jama.ama-assn.org/cgi/reprint/286/2/180</a><!-- m -->) cited the method from Dr Nam's disertation.
