REPORTS TO: Head of Credit MIS for SME
LOCATION: Shanghai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHALLENGES:
• Manage overall functions related to MIS & Database Management of 1 or 2 business value centers and optimizing its use in conjunction with finance databases to condense data into meaningful information that highlights key trends and issues for senior management. Ensure that timely reports are provided to the Internal Customers.
• Closely work with VCRMs and risk managers to develop and perform credit MIS reports and analytics.
• Continuously review procedures and systems to recommend and implement improvements and enhancements.
• Liaise closely with Group IS Team to ensure a high level of system and data warehouse support for China CB business.
• Participate in and recommend system developments and enhancements and ensure timely implementation of key system enhancements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) of system enhancements relating to the Unit.
• Ensure total compliance with laid down norms in terms of compliance risk, credit policy, documentation, operational risk and other Group / Regulatory control standards.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
• 4-years BS degree from top universities in statistics, engineering, mathematics or computer science, etc.)
• Min 3 years of SAS programming experience in quantitive analysis position doing data analytics, risk modeling and reporting.
• Hands on working experiences with relationship databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL Server etc.)
• Expert user in Excel, Access, SQL. working knowledge of VB.
• Experiences with TRANSACT or data warehousing will be advantages. |
