How to import excel file into SAS and do the transformation

How to import excel file into SAS and do the transformation from row to column, and column to row?

I have a big excel file

I want import to SAS, and meanwhile I want to change the row of the file into column and column into row.

How to do that?

What's the code for that?

For the first question, you can do it just through the menu：file->importing data, and then finish the import step by step according to the hint of the dialog box. For the second question, i think the 'proc transpose' can make it. Hope this helps you!
