Software Analyst A
Location: Bei Jing

Job Responsibilities:
The mission of this role is to improve the customer competence of SAS. As a result, you should be a senior practitioner in this prosperous industry. In this team, you are expected and will be cultivated to be an expert who understands SAS technology/solution, globalization and the customer business. In more details, the responsibilities of this position include:
· Conducts customer experience testing, including the testing plan;
· Provides technical support for localized SAS software;
· Works on release engineering works;
· Provides internal SAS practice training and implementation guidance, especially for new product and solutions;
· Collects the feedback from customer;
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree;
· Passion on programming;
· Hands on C/C++ or Java programming experiences and skills;
· The ability to work as member of a team and individual;
· Better skills on communication, customer-facing and problem-resolving.
· Good written and spoken English.
Preferences:
· SAS products and technology knowledge;
· Domain Knowledge of key solutions and products, e.g. financial management, risk management, CRM, etc.;
· Experience in internationalization and localization process/tools;

Software Analyst B
Location: Bei Jing

Headcount:5
Job Responsibilities:
Work as part of a China-based software development team in cooperation with colleagues in the United States; perform testing and analyzing for SAS products under multiple application servers and multiple operating systems. In more details, the responsibilities of this position include:
· Design, develop, analyze, and execute testing plan and procedure.
· Perform software deployment, configuration, and diagnostic in the testing.
· Perform both functional and performance testing including developing testing case and script, and analyze testing result.
· Discriminate between legitimate defect and unrelated problems.
· Track "bugs" and verify fix accordingly.
· May design, develop, integrate, maintain, and document testing tools.
Qualifications:
· Experienced on Web application server. Experience on both Webshere and Weblogic is preferable.
· Experienced on developing or testing web applications. Experience on J2EE compliant web applications involving relational databases and/or SAS in an enterprise environment is preferable.
· Experienced on testing with automation tool under application server. Experience on testing with automated performance testing scripts with J2EE compliant web application involving relational databases and/or SAS in an enterprise environment is preferable. Experience with LoadRunner is prefered.
· Good knowledge of multiple operating systems, such as UNIX and Windows.
· Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
· Good written and spoken English.
Preferences:
· SAS products and technology knowledge
