通用电器消费者金融集团招聘风险分析师

Responsibilities

* Provide analytics supports to GE Money Asia region markets/businesses, including but not limited to:

* Use statistical tools to identify drivers of growth, losses, profitability of consumer portfolios, and to highlight business issues and opportunities;

* Participate in developing scorecards/statistical models, strategies to facilitate businesses to develop and/or manage consumer portfolios;

* Participate in developing new modeling methodology and performing regular diagnostics to assess model performance;

* Collaborate with Asia region market's risk and business teams to translate business problems into statistical ones, build and manage projects to utilize statistical tools to develop and implement actionable business solutions.


Qualifications

* Minimum BS degree in disciplines with strong quantitative background, e.g. Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Economics, Management Science, Engineering.

* Excellent communication skills including fluent English and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them.

* Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, in-depth statistics knowledge in the area such as multivariate and discriminate analysis, CHAID, multiple and logistic regression, factor analysis and clustering, etc.

* Motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, professional and willing to work hard and learn.

* Be able to take international traveling and assignments.
