job description：
        Design and Develop front-end reporting solutions base on BO XI R3 or other BI solution
        Communication with customer for requirement analysis and solution suggestion.   
job requirement：
        Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related area;
        At least 5 years working experience with BI/DW application and 3 years with BO
        Experienced in BO XI R2/R3 or other BI solution
        Good English communication skills, with the ability to present resolution to foreign customers in a clear and comprehensible way.
        Consumer and Retail industry experience is a plus.
        Leadership ability in driving a performance based culture
        Business acumen and thought leadership
        Decision making ability with a bias for action
        Working well with others and promotes team work across boundaries
