研究脂肪肝形成的危险因素,有高血压、高血脂、高血糖、性别等，危险因素包括有计量资料，也有计数资料，现已对资料用Logistic回归分析脂肪肝危险因素，但想进一步分析各危险因素的份量比，应该是用主成份分析或因子分析？主成份及因子分析能对计数资料进行分析吗？我的资料转化为二值变量，相当于等级资料（0，1，2）后能用主成份分析吗？急求高手指点，谢！

Use multiple logistic regression analysis and check the p values for each variable, and calculate odds ratios for them. Odds ratios can tell you how many times more risk to have 脂肪肝. The higher odds ratio, the more important the factor is.

Multiple logistic regression can use both categorical data or numerical data as its independant vairables, so you don't need make any changes of your variables even though they are not normally distributed.

主成分分析适合于计量资料，且变量间相关较大时更佳。实际上你的资料是混合资料，可以按性别分组，是否患脂肪肝使用0,1计数资料表达，高血压和高血糖两个变量就使用原始测定数据，不必转换为计数资料，使用SAS的Logistic过程分别对两组资料分析，然后合并分析结论进行讨论。Logistic过程与glm过程的使用方法相同。
