如何将xpt读入sas

理论上应该是可以直接读入，因为sas可以识别，但为什么读入之后是乱码？

1. ensure that format of the input file is xpt created from SAS.
2. ensure that binary was used if the xpt file was FTP from another host.
3. sample code for reading XPT file to sas:
