I uploaded them to the megaupload. haven't checked them since i just finished downloading. the sas little book is a pdf file and the rest two are zip files. I tried the first link and it's working well (200k/s, speed varies according to your ip and server.)

megaupload is free to use and you don't need to register. the links might be invalid few weeks/months later, so hope ppl will share all the files again then, or the 花生殼 server comes back to normal.
