Position one :
Position Title
Project Manager
Reporting to
(The position to whom the person reports to) Regional Head of Delivery
Position Summary
(Summarize the overall responsibility) Provide project management for Reveleus Implementations in Greater China
Job Description
(Function the person will be handling on day to day basis) • Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders on a project – IT, Business and SIs
• Experienced in the Risk and Compliance domain for Financial Services
Job Specification
(Mention the Skill Sets/qualities & Competencies needed for the position to face the challenges involved in the job)
• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in risk and compliance projects
• Strong domain expertise in areas of credit / market / operational risk
• Knowledge of risk management analytics will be an added advantage
• Excellent leadership, people and program management skills
• Effective negotiator with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Very strong customer and results driven orientation
• Strategic in approach while also being task driven
• Able to work effectively within a fast-paced business culture while adaptable to different cultural norms and practices
• Able to co-ordinate with virtual teams across a wide geographic region
• Bi lingual in Chinese and English
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred, PMI certification a plus. Preferably from SAS, Sungard, Fermat, Algorithmics or one of the major SIs
Experience
(Mention the minimum & maximum experience needed for the person)
Minimum - 8 years Maximum – no limit

(Function the person will be handling on day to day basis) • Deep domain expertise in Risk and Compliance especially in the area of Basel II and/or Operational Risk
• Prior experience in Requirements Gathering, documentation and gap analysis for Risk and Compliance projects for Financial Services Institutions.
• Experience in working as a business analyst for technology projects
Job Specification

• 5+ years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in risk management
• Strong domain expertise in areas of Basel II/ credit / market / operational risk
