Part-time/Full-time Senior SAS programmer needed

A high profile CRO based on NJ, USA has an immediate opening in Beijing for a Senior SAS Programmer with a background in clinical research and/or the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide programming support for the analysis of pharmacokinetic, clinical, and laboratory data and for the production of statistical summary tables, graphs, and listings.
    - Support for the production of integrated summaries of safety (ISS) and efficacy (ISE) which may include pooling of datasets as well as report generation and preparation of files for ENDA.
- Review of clinical databases, SAP and data-spec.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Masters degree or equivalent in biostatistics, statistics, or math related field.
- Minimum 5 years SAS experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Must have strong SAS programming expertise and ability to use advanced SAS programming techniques including macro language, knowledge of basic statistical procedures, and tabular programming methods as well as complex reporting procedures including the use of ODS Experience with other statistical software (besides SAS) and UNIX environment.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- XML expertise and database knowledge including PL/SQL and general systems administration and management skills (helpful, but not required).

This is a long term position with competitive salary. You may start as a  part-time employee and can be converted to full-time if qualified.
