Position        Missions        Proposed Profile          
Chief Technology Officer
(1 position,  salary negotiable)        - To help the building and settlements of local organization and contribute to recruitments, in particular in SAS programming.

- To manage local Department, both in terms of technical aspects, leadership of projects and quality/timelines.

- To train new hires to allow an effective operational capacity in middle of 2009.
        1.        Knowledge and Skills :
·1        Excellent reading/understanding in English
·2        At least 5 years experience in computer software development/programming or in statistical analysis.
·3        Good knowledge/understanding of technical aspects of computer systems and relational database structure
2.        Knowledge and Skills Desirable but not Essential:
·1        Good  training/consulting skills
·1        Basic SAS programming skills, preferably in clinical or financial settings.
·2        Understanding of clinical research and statistics
3.        Education:
·1        Ph.D or Master or equivalent in Computer Science, Epidemiology,  Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science or related field.
          
Programmers
(3-4 positions, salary negotiable)        -  To provide support to domestic and international clients on all relevant programming activities, including derivation of analysis datasets and creation of statistical tables/figures/listings.
                                                                                                        
- To provide programming support for the company’s development in SAS utilities, macros or other applications.
        1.        Knowledge and Skills :
·1        At least 2 years experience in programming.
·2        Ability of programming basic data presentations and statistics using SAS.
·3        Understanding of relational database structure.
2.        Knowledge and Skills Desirable but not Essential:
·1        Basic reading skills in English.
·2        Familiarity with computer operating systems and packages such as Window-NT/XP, MS Office
·3        Knowledge of clinical/epidemiological studies, statistics or biology.
3.        Education:
·1        Bachelor or Master
