交通银行太平洋信用卡中心风险部招风险管理分析师
Primary Responsibilities 主要职责:
To establish risk policy and process to ensure compliance with local regulation & company policies;
建立风险政策和程序以确保遵守本地章程和公司政策。
To assist in portfolio strategy design and conduct strategy performance evaluation using various tools such as decision models for new initiatives and existing portfolios;
通过对新旧资产组合使用不同的工具，譬如决策模型来协助资产组合策略设计和实施战略执行评估。
To set up tracking mechanism to monitor the credit quality of new booking by segmentation;
通过客户细分，建立追踪机制去监控新在册客户信贷质量。
To validate portfolio parameter set up on portfolio actions to ensure the appropriateness and align with portfolio strategies;
验证资产组合行为参数以确保其合适性及与资产组合策略一致。
To assist implementation of models via champion/challenger approach, including monitor, analyze test result, and recommend further steps after test period.
利用冠军/挑战者方法，协助模型的实施。包括监控，分析测试结果，并在测试阶段提出下一步的建议。
Eduation/Experience / Skills Requirement教育/经验 / 技术要求
University graduate with a degree in statistics, mathematics, or equivalent professional qualifications;
本科毕业于统计学，数学或其他相关的专业。
Strong analytical skills and proficient in data analysis using statistical or programming tools such as SAS, Access, Excel, and Visual Basic;
具备很强的分析能力，并能熟练使用统计或编程工具譬如SAS, Access, Excel和VB进行数据分析。
Excellent communication skills including excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organizing thoughts and articulate them;
具备优秀的沟通能力，包括优秀的人际交往能力和条理化其想法并能清晰表达出来的能力。
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, professional and willing to work hard;
自发，主动，注重细节，专业并愿意努力工作
