Responsibilities and tasks
•        Participate in tasks/projects in relation of using statistical tools/methods such as process optimization in production and product development, validation of methods in laboratories, Design of experiments in production/R&amp;D/CS/QC Lab, analyzing and mining of data from our systems and in preparing guidelines and statistical tools for use in the organization Specific statistical tasks as followings:
1.        Documented addition.
Documented Addition is a principle where the content of a component in a finished product is calculated, based on upstream analysis result and/or measurement of added quantities.  
2.        Analytical methods.
To understand and optimize the analytical methods, statistical analyses are used on data collected from the daily runs of the methods.
3.        Control charts.
Control charts are used to monitor, that a process is in statistical control.
4.        Design of experiments.
Design of experiments is widely used for instance within development of new products (typically screening designs, e.g. fractional factorials), optimization and robustness studies of production processes (typically response surface designs or Evolutionary Operation), validation of analytical methods (e.g. factorial designs used to estimate variance components such as day-to-day, person-to-person or instrument-to instrument variation).
•        Be responsible for training of chemists and assistance in statistics relevant to their job, including further roll out of Six Sigma/Lean.
•        Participate in the statistical solutions and problem solving in company and be part of our global statistical network with statisticians in Denmark and Brazil.

Qualifications and work experience
•        great desire to work with applied statistics in problem solving, optimization and data-mining
•        Sound background with mathematical statistics as MSc or BSc
•        Fluent speaking and writing in English.
•        Good communication and coordination ability both internal and external.
•        Thorough knowledge of IT
•        Be familiar with statistical software such as SAS and SAS/JMP
