请问下：有一些数据在每个月开始的三个工作日后才可以查看，但是每个月1号有可能不全是星期一（比如今年8月1日是星期日，3个工作日后也就是从2号开始计算也就是5日才可以查到数据），怎么写才能判断3个工作日后呢（排除每月1日不是工作日）？
