job description：
Design and Develop front-end reporting solutions base on BO XI R3 or other BI solution
Communication with customer for requirement analysis and solution suggestion.
job requirement：
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering related area;
At least 5 years working experience with BI/DW application and 3 years with BO
Experienced in BO XI R2/R3 or other BI solution
Good English communication skills, with the ability to present resolution to foreign customers in a clear and comprehensible way.
Consumer and Retail industry experience is a plus.
Leadership ability in driving a performance based culture
Business acumen and thought leadership
Decision making ability with a bias for action
