标题: 请教：提取format格式中的值
例如数据集中存在变量a的值为1，2，3，变量a的proc format格式为：1-轻，2-中，3-重，希望提取format中的值并生成数据集。
期望得到的数据集格式：
a       b
1       轻
2       中
3       重
