1. Assist in the design, development, maintenance and production of customer centric analytics reports to unveil customer needs and potential for effective targeting and customer servicing, and to facilitate performance monitoring and assessment of the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives of Asia-Pacific sites
2.Provide support to relevant processes, covering data extraction and exploration, management information tracking and reporting, marketing programme evaluation, customer centric analyses, etc
3.Develop automated solutions to enable streamlined and standardized reports generation
4.Support customer analytics report migration to advanced platforms for effective analysis and closed-loop learning
5.Undertake the implementation of information infrastructure to facilitate effective customer analytics reporting
6.Support the translation of business requirements into technical specifications for the subsequent data processing and the formulation of relevant projects
7.Manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery of accurate and quality outputs
8.Assist in identifying improvement opportunities to refine and enhance customer centric analytics and relevant processes and platforms to ascertain adequate support for meeting business needs

学士学历,
英语[English] ;
University graduate with a degree in Quantitative or Numerical Science or a related discipline
Experience in database management and/or information analysis
Good exposure to financial institutions and profound knowledge in financial products and operation flows an advantage
Excellent technical skills in intensive use of SAS and SQL
A highly numerate, analytical and logical individual who is independent, self-motivated and a team player
Good communication skills in verbal and written English (TOEFL score 550 or above or equivalent in other internationally recognized public examinations)
