SAS8.2中，nonumber和bodytitle不能同时出现，所以要用number，同时用proc template让页眉中的页码显示白色

试了一下，页眉还是没有被清除!

SAS8.2中，页眉不能被清除，只能把页眉中的文字显示白色，打印出来就看不见了
