在Library中定义的ODBC驱动的库不正常

我在EM中使用数据库，总是报告我can not open A.u
A是我定义的Library名称，u是库中的表。
我可以浏览该库很正常，但在控件中定义好数据源后，立刻使用可以，否则很快就报告 can not open ！！

很晕，请高手帮忙
数据库是MSSQL2000

1、首先是定义一个ODBC数据源名称为SASODBC
2、在New Library窗口中建立新的library，输入名称、Engine选择ODBC，Data Source中选择SASODBC

选项: Enable at Startup选中.

另外也可以通过下面的语句实现:
libname xx odbc dsn= uid= pwd=;
run;

出错信息:
1.首先会弹出对话框显示:
ERROR: failure loading dynamic ODBC engine information.your DBMS enviroment may be incorrect or your DBMS has not been installed.
check the sas log for possible additional information.
2.在LOG 中则是显示:
ERROR: The SAS/ACC-ODBC product with which the procedure is associated is either not licensed for your system or the product
license has expired. Please contact your SAS installation representative

对这个错误,我毫无头绪!望SAS高手们给予小弟些指点!

sas的access to odbc是要收钱的功能，显然，你的license中没有odbc的授权。
