xi*ajt因为环境＆品种之间有互作,把品种作为variable. random part: g.te 算出它的VCOV,可是我不明白为什么不是t.ge这样的前后顺序对vcov结果的影响是什么. In this paper, we extended the mixed model to a multiple trait situation, in which not only correlations between environments but also correlations between traits are taken into account.
