• Minimum Master’s degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
• Proficient in SAS/SPSS
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced SQL Skills
• Experience in CRM Analytics (Customer Segmentation, Churn Predictive Modeling, Response Modeling and Campaign Management)
• Good oral and written English
Manger Level:
• 7+ years of general business experience, including 3-4 years of quantitative analysis in a business setting, including building statistical models
• Strong capability to collect, structure, analyze & report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
• Extensive experience in data analysis or statistical analysis
• Experience in structured problem solving assignments and have strong project management and people management skills
• Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners
• Experience in Resources, Communications, Financial Services, or Products industries is a plus.

• SAS Institute Certified BASE/ADVANCE SAS® Programmer
• SAS Certified BI Content Developer for SAS 9
• SAS Certified Platform Administrator for SAS 9

• Programming skill – VBA, R, HTML/JavaScript
• Expertise in Clustering, Decision Tree, Regression Analysis
• Experience in Human Capital Analytics, Operational Analytics, Asset Management Analytics, Inventory Optimization, Network Planning, Risk Management or Credit Management
• Market Research Methodology
• Oversea or MNC working experience
• Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or English bi-lingual abilities
